Kwame Asafo-Adjaye also known as Midichi is a Ghanaian contemporary artist. Working mainly on canvases and know for his exaggerated cartoon eyes, he paints characters, celebrities, public figures and well-known artists – people he believes are the best within their specific fields.
Initially connecting over our shared link to Ghana, our wish to connect and work with artists all over the world birthed the collaboration. It takes both ours and the artist's style of work and combines them into one image. Midichi's signature eyes and grafiiti-styled outline edits were applied to our mascot photography, which was also shot in Ghana.
